Step 1 Paint Correction

Duration: 6-8 hours

Price: Starting at $250

A one-step paint correction removes 50% to 70% of paint defects, including light to minor swirls. To get the best results, we test different combinations of foam pads and cutting compounds to find the perfect match for your vehicle's paint.



Every vehicle’s paint is different, so test spots are key. Softer paints are more prone to swirls and scratches from improper washing or dry rags, while harder paints may need a firmer pad and more abrasive compound. For softer paint, we use gentler pads and polishing compounds. No matter the type of paint, we take the time to ensure the job is done right, leaving your vehicle with the best possible finish.

Duration: 12-24 hours

A 2-step paint correction is a highly effective way to restore neglected vehicle paint. As the name suggests, the process involves two stages: cutting and polishing. While it takes more time, this method can remove 80% to 95% of paint defects and deliver impressive results.


The process begins with the cutting phase, where a coarse or microfiber cutting pad, combined with a high-cutting compound, is used to remove deeper swirls and scratches. This step addresses major imperfections and prepares the paint for polishing.



The second and final step is polishing. This phase removes any hazing, holograms, or micro swirls left behind by the cutting stage. The result is a smooth, defect-free surface with a reflective finish that enhances the vehicle's color and shine. This careful process restores your car’s paint to its original brilliance.

Previous correction job

This RAM 1500 underwent a one-step paint correction after being fully repainted. The body shop had informed my client that the truck was "done" and ready for pickup. However, when he collected the vehicle, the paint was covered in hazing and swirls.


Before I arrived to assess the damage, the client mentioned that the shop claimed to have sanded and polished the entire truck. It was immediately clear that this wasn’t the case. Frustrated by their dishonesty, the client reached out to me to correct their mistakes.
