1. General Terms

AAC Auto Detailing provides mobile auto care services to clients within Lilburn, GA, and surrounding areas. All services are conducted at the client’s designated location, such as homes, workplaces, or other approved sites. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our website, via phone, or in person.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
  • Quotes provided for services are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle, size, and additional services requested on-site.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not provided.
  • AAC Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or equipment failure. Clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time

4. Service Conditions

  • Our services require access to the vehicle and a safe environment for our technicians to work.
  • Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service. AAC Auto Detailing is not liable for items left behind.
  • The condition of the vehicle will be assessed upon arrival. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other factors that require extra time or materials.

5. Guarantee and Limitations

  • We strive to deliver the highest standard of mobile detailing services. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, scratches, or other pre-existing damage.
  • AAC Auto Detailing is not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or faulty components within the vehicle.

6. Service Area and Travel Fees

  • Services are provided within Lilburn, GA, Gwinnett County, and nearby locations. Travel fees may apply for areas outside our standard service radius.
  • Clients will be informed of any additional charges prior to confirming their booking.

7. Privacy and Data Use

  • AAC Auto Detailing respects your privacy and protects your personal information. For more details on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to receiving communications related to your appointments and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time.

8. Dispute Resolution
